It matters to us that you are happy with your purchase.

Any unused products returned within 15 days of receipt of the product is entitled to a full refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 15 days, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products. Please note that we make your items to order and do not resell returned products. For this reason we do not accept full returns on large, multiple item orders.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

If we've sent you the wrong product, or if it arrived damaged, please send us an email with pictures of the product within 10 days of receiving it. For damaged products, we will review the extent of the damage and will potentially provide a full refund or store credit.
